2way is an application that allows you to send and receive text messages directly from your browser. With this integration you can use your Channels numbers in 2way to chat with your customers via text.
Request access
To get started login to your Channels account, head to the SMS section and click on the "Request access" button. A chat window will open and we will assist you with activating this feature.
You will have 7 days of a free trial and $1 of balance to send sms.
How to use 2way
Once the integration has been activated you will see the "Go to SMS panel" button in the SMS section which you can use to access the 2way panel.
Sending and receiving messages
When you receive a new message there will be a notification and the chat will be highlighted in green.
