Channels browser extension installed and connected to your account, you can use it right away to make and receive calls in one place.
The Channels extension works on Chrome and on up-to-date versions of Edge, Opera, and Firefox.

If you don’t see it, click the green icon in your browser toolbar to open the Channels add-on.
You can receive calls in the add-on as long as you are logged in.
When leads or clients call, you’ll get a sound and on-screen alert. If Channels is linked to your e-commerce or CRM, you’ll also see the caller’s information.
Click the green button to answer the call or the red button to decline it.

On the call screen, click the mic and speaker icons to mute or change your microphone and audio levels. Use the history button to view past calls with the current number. Use the keypad to move through automated phone menus (IVR).
When the call ends, press the red receiver icon at the bottom of the add-on window to hang up.
How to make outbound calls in the Channels browser extension
You can start calls two ways in the add-on: dial a number manually with the keypad, or click-to-call any phone number that Channels detects on web pages.

To use Click-to-Call, first turn it on. Click the gear icon on the left to open Settings, go to “Recognize phone numbers,” and make sure the green toggle is switched on:

When you turn on this option, all phone numbers on sites you visit will be highlighted in green in the style you choose. You can click them to call immediately.
You can also enable “Recognize prefix based on the site’s language,” which detects the country code from the website’s language.
You can set a default phone prefix to use when Channels finds numbers without an area code. This is useful if you focus on organizations in a specific region. With this option on, Channels will automatically add the area code for you.
