After you receive a call using the Web Call an event will be created with the call recording. You can view these events and recordigns in the Recent calls section.
Recent calls
In the Recent calls section you will find all the recent call events which can be filtered for easier access. To open the recording simply click on the (i) icon and you'll be able to listen to the recording directly from the browser or download it on your computer.
