After you receive a Web Call, an event with the call recording is created. You can view these events and recordings in the Recent calls section.
Recent calls
In Recent calls you’ll find all recent call events and can filter them for easier access. To open a recording, click the (i) icon. You can listen to it in your browser or download it to your computer.
