Managing contacts in Channels is simple. Open the manager panel and click the "Contacts" tab to see the Contacts list. There you can view all calls made on your account and any contacts added from your integrated apps (if any were added).

There you'll see the contact's name, phone number, email, and company.
For more details about a contact, click the information icon.

You will be taken to "Contact details" where you can view all information.
General details - contact ID, import date, phone numbers
Contact details - first name, last name, company, email, external link
Tags - tags assigned to the contact
Note - notes for the contact, for example order details
Events - events and all calls (answered, missed)
