The Recent Calls tab in Channels lets you filter and show all calls made by users on the account.
It shows both numbers and contact or agent name with the exact time of the event plus call length. You can also click the "i" button on the right to access the recording.

At the top, you'll see several filters to help sort everything.

Select whether to show All, only Incoming, or only Outgoing calls.
Filter between All or only Missed calls (if you select Outgoing and Missed calls only, you'll see the calls that were not answered by your customers).
Select which of your numbers should be included (a number that either made the call or received it).
Filter events by selected users.
Specify a date range for the calls.
Search field to find a specific number, contact, or agent. Can also be used to find partial matches (for example, all numbers that start with +1302).
