The number you are using for your outbound calls is very important. Just ask yourself, would you answer a call from a country you don't know?
With Channels you have an opportunity to choose what number will be displayed on your customer's phone before every call.
To do that you need to tap on the bar in the upper part of the screen in a Keypad view. This will display a list where you will be able to make your choice.
