Learn how to install and configure the Web Call feature in Shoper Connect

What is Web Call? 

Web Call is a calling tool that allows you to embed a calling ‘bubble’ on your own website. With this bubble, customers that visit your site will have the opportunity to make a quick voice call through their browser and connect to you directly to your Channels account.

The process is very simple. All they have to do is press one button to connect with you!

 

Feel free to customize the bubble's color and the text inside it.

When a customer calls from your website bubble, everyone logged into your Channels account will hear it. Anyone can answer!

How to Answer Web Calls? 

Website calls work just like any other call in Channels. You can answer them using our website calling widget, Browser Extension or Mobile App.

When a website call comes in, you’ll see "webcall-client" as the caller ID. Each caller also has a unique code based on their browser."
