Web Call is a calling tool that lets you add a calling bubble to your website. Visitors can make a quick voice call from their browser and connect directly to your Channels account.
You can change the bubble's color and the text inside it.
When a customer calls from the website bubble, everyone signed into your Channels account will hear it, and any team member can answer.
Web calls work like any other call in Channels. You can answer them using our website calling widget, the Browser Extension, or the Mobile App.
When a website call comes in, the caller ID will show webcall-client. Each caller also has a unique code tied to their browser.
